This is a portrait group, so the person(s) must be front and center and any other subject/item must be out of the primary focus. For example: Landscapes are fine if the person is close and the main subject, not a landscape that a person happens to be in. Acceptance is up to my discretion.

PLEASE NOTE: NO PHOTOGRAPHS (see below)!!

Traditional and digital portrait paintings only. Must see their face/head. (Your digital paintings must look like a traditional painting. I will accept photographs IF they have a complete PAINTERLY effect. Again, discretion and acceptance of this is up to Admin.)

Rules:
1. Family-friendly! Absolutely NO nudity, sexuality, politics or violence, etc.
2. Animals cannot compete for attention over people. (They may be okay if in the distant background.) Stuffed animals are okay! Discretion is up to Admin.
3. No words or written messages on the artwork.
4. No photographs or 3d sculptures. And digital framing must remain undistracting to the portrait.
5. No abstracts, shapes, patterns. Person(s) must be identifiable without a doubt. No people/animal mixed characters, and do not stray too far from real life in your caricatures.

We want to promote each other's works so check the discussion tab for THREADS for that purpose. Liking, Favoriting, Commenting, Sharing on Social Media is strongly encouraged and very appreciated!
